I really adore Lizzie Kate designs.  This was a kit that came with everything to finish it.  I loved the design, and Easter is one of my favorite holidays.  The only thing that I did differently was to use a brown thread to attach the lace and the buttons.  I used a few strands to add some dimension and contrast.  I think that I will definitely do this again. 

This was a kit, and I will be honest I can't remember where it came from!  I think that it was a freebie from a class I took some where.  If anyone knows, let me know!  I tucked up the top and bottom to give it a little different shape.  I liked that the finish was to insert the stitched linen piece right in.  I did use black thread to secure it, and I think it made for a little bit neater finish. 

This is my fist time stitching on 40 count fabric over one thread, and it is small!  Can you find the mistake???? Ugh- it actually made me laugh.  A way to get more practice!
